This workshop takes some of the fab sales effectiveness techniques I have learned from Trevor Lever during the course of writing our two books – How to make selling fun and How to make marketing fun.
The workshop will cover some of the soft selling, and marketing, skills that are vital to MiPs such as:
- Understanding which sales technique to use in which circumstances
- Listening and questioning techniques so we can identify the problems we can solve for clients
- Moving the sales process along
- Measuring and setting targets around sales activity
- Networking effectively
- Proposal writing
